About ONPPI

The Ocmulgee National Park and Preserve Initiative (ONPPI) is a community-based organization bringing together Middle Georgia and Muscogee (Creek) citizens to help protect the Ocmulgee Corridor and advance the effort to establish Georgia’s first National Park and Preserve. Through conservation, advocacy, and community engagement, ONPPI works to protect and steward this culturally and ecologically significant landscape while building long-term public support for its future.
